As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities and businesses, we want to let you know the measures we are taking at REM Electronics to protect the health and safety of our people, while maintaining the operations of our day to day business. We are following the CDC guidelines for the safety of our employees and the cleanliness of our facilities. Our team is also following guidance from federal, state and local authorities in order to make real time decisions as conditions change.
We want to reiterate our commitment to our customers. With respect to your policies and health, our sales team will be doing more phone and email contacts with your purchasing departments. In the event more people need to be involved in regarding more complex orders, video conferencing is available.
It is our intention to continue production for Manufacturing orders, as well as, servicing blanket and day to day orders. Please be aware that some orders may be held up because of supply chain delays. We will keep you informed as those situations arise.
We are here to ensure your supply chain remains as uninterrupted as possible during this trying and disruptive time in our nation.
