Rem Electronics Supply Co. Inc. has contacted our suppliers and obtained the EICC & GeSI
conflict material reporting template from them. Based on these returned templates, Rem
Electronics certifies that none of our products contain any minerals originating from within the
Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

Rem Electronics is a privately-held corporation and therefore is not subject to SEC disclosure
but will continue to work with our suppliers to ensure that products purchased are DRC free.
